Denise and Randy’s rustic summer wedding was the perfect day. Getting to know these two and spend time working with them has been absolutely amazing. Denise and Randy are two of the kindest people I have ever met and their warmth and welcoming energy makes you feel like you immediately made two new friends. After months of planning and DIY-ing their day arrived to end summer, or, and I think Denise would agree, kick off fall with a celebration of their love.

I met up with Denise and her bridesmaids at her parents’ house, the venue for the whole wedding. Luckily, my BFF Michelle, Denise’s sister, was a bridesmaid so she was incredibly helpful, and getting to hang out with her in the morning was the best! Denise’s details were so beautiful. They gave off an essence of fall and the handmade touches made them so special.

Once Denise was dressed we headed to Pochuck Valley Farm for her first look with Randy. He waited in front of a sunflower patch while Denise walked to greet him. Randy was stunned. During their first look you could just feel their deep connection while they took everything in together. Immediately after, during their portraits, they were back to their giggly selves and could not have been happier! We wandered the front area of the farm taking pictures before heading back to Denise’s parents’ house for some more portraits.

After a few more portraits of Randy and Denise (some of my favorites of the day tbh!!) we got so excited with their bridal party. Their close friends and family were so happy for them and could not wait to celebrate! Of course, their wedding would not be complete without the inclusion of their furbaby Cooper who Randy helped get wedding-ready before walking down the aisle with him.

Denise and Randy officially tied the knot atop a hill surrounded by towering trees, their loved ones, and the afternoon sun peeking through the leaves. Denise’s younger sister Michelle officiated a heartfelt ceremony and when they were pronounced husband and wife everyone went wild!

The rest of the night was followed by dancing, lots of food, and s’mores under a tent with just string lights and stars to light the night away. We of course had to sneak away for some portraits under the string lights because yes, they do make everything better! Their wedding could not have been more perfect for them. Denise and Randy were surrounded by family and friends who love them so much and were so excited to be there celebrating with them! All the special details made by them and their family will forever make their wedding so memorable.
