Kate and Ray ended up having THE perfect fall engagement session, and trust me it seemed like a miracle that it was. After a last minute plan to get their engagement session in before peak foliage season was over, we had one day that fit our schedules. As the day got closer, heavy rain was forecasted and after debating and debating on rescheduling we decided to stick it out. I AM SO GLAD THAT WE DID.

Falling yellow leaves, perfectly autumnal colored outfits, and a couple of craft beers made this session come alive. We had warm weather and sunshine the entire time! Kate and Ray’s foliage dreams came true at Saratoga Spa State Park. Kate and Ray giggled through the fun and weird prompts I made them do and their photos reflect them perfectly.

Kate and Ray just got engaged last month so this was such an exciting time to do their engagement session! The proposal story is so sweet. They had just hiked 5 miles on the Appalachian Trail, in the rain no less. Ray fell and got hurt, but nothing was stopping this proposal from happening. Ray got up and proposed on the bridge, the exact spot they took their first ever picture together 2 years earlier.

They are always looking for the next adventure to go on. Together they love to hike, paddleboard, cook, and enjoy breweries and national parks! Kate and Ray are always looking for something fun to do and explore together. They are SO ready to be married!

Kate and Ray cannot wait to get married next summer! They are ready to dance the night away laughing with their friends and family.
